Wrong Password
This is the most frequent cause. If you use a password manager, check that it has the correct credentials saved for pkr9.win specifically. If you have reset your password recently, the old one will no longer work. Use the account recovery option on the login page to set a new password via your registered mobile number.
Entering the Wrong Username or Mobile Number
PKR9 allows login with either your username or your registered mobile number. Make sure you are entering the mobile number you used during registration — including the correct country format. If you registered with a JazzCash or Easypaisa number, use that exact number.
Account Temporarily Locked

04 Keeping Your PKR9 Account Secure
Your PKR9 account holds your real PKR balance and your gaming history. A few basic habits will keep it properly protected:
- Use a strong, unique password. A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol makes your account significantly harder to compromise. Do not reuse a password from another app or website.
