You agree to keep your contact details, including your registered mobile number and email address, up to date. Outdated details can cause delays in account verification, withdrawals and support responses.
All deposits on the PKR9 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKR9 supports the following deposit methods:
The minimum deposit amount and any applicable deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are applied to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. PKR9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may trigger a security review, account freeze or reversal of the deposit.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, PKR9 support will assist with an alternative verified withdrawal route.

PKR9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, if an unusually high number of withdrawal requests are made within a short period, or if a withdrawal triggers an additional verification step, there may be a short delay while the team confirms the request.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting PKR9 support. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method.
An account that shows no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. PKR9 will attempt to notify the registered contact details before any dormancy provisions are applied. A small administrative fee may be deducted from dormant account balances on a monthly basis after the dormancy threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.
PKR9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control — including issues with third-party payment providers, internet infrastructure or game supplier systems — may cause temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted, PKR9's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PKR9 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.
PKR9 does not accept liability for losses caused by a player's failure to follow these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension following a breach.
PKR9 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, PKR9 will also notify registered players via their registered email address or a notification within the platform.
Your continued use of the PKR9 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
